CyberColloids has been providing training for many years to those who are working with hydrocolloids (gums, thickeners, stabilisers) or want to learn more about hydrocolloids at every level. We offer a range of training options that are suited to both individuals and company groups. Our series of online training workshops was specifically designed to give a broad overview of the key hydrocolloids used in the food industry today but we find that it can also be used to identify areas where more specific training might be useful.
