Background
CyberColloids were employed on a long term contract in order to aid an Indian client with processing, technical product assessment and market development of their product range.
Outcome
Several new products were produced which gave the client a unique position in the marketplace, in particular, in bakery applications. The range of new products were assessed for their rheological and functional properties, and in selected food applications. Technical brochures were produced and training of the clients sales force was carried out enabling hands-on technical support of the products.
