Background
A major multinational food company engaged CyberColloids to replicate a fruit based snack developed by the company. The client wanted to see how easy it was to replicate its new fruit based snack before they launched the snack in the marketplace and before they made significant investment in novel production equipment.
Outcome
CyberColloids undertook to replicate the fruit based snack with technology different to the client. Using hydrocolloids the fruit based snack was easily replicated saving the company significant investment.
