Protein2food comes to a close

The Protein2Food project draws to an end this week. Over the last 5 years, the partners have worked together to develop innovative, high quality, protein-rich food crops and products, taking an entire value chain approach and with a focus on promoting human health, environmental benefit and biodiversity. As part of this endeavour, CyberColloids key role has been in the evaluation of new protein ingredients and their potential for application in nutritional beverages, sweet and savoury snacks and in plant-based alternatives to meat and seafood (vegan & vegetarian).
