We are increasingly faced with the dilemma of using our own people to support a business in a country, which is expensive, or using agents and distributors who simply do not have the capabilities to handle the technical marketing required. Using specialists in the field along with the emerging tools offered by e-commerce we have a unique opportunity to redefine how we reach our customers. By being seen as a one stop shop for hydrocolloids knowledge we become the ideal route to market for products supplied direct from source to customer with expert backing.
