Lisa Zychowski

Lisa graduated with her BSc in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 2012. After spending some time working in product development, she went back to school for her PhD with Teagasc and the University College Cork in Ireland. Her PhD focuses mainly on bioactive encapsulation within emulsion systems to improve functionality. Currently, she is finishing her studies and working with CyberColloids on hydrocolloid related projects.
